用途
■在輸油系統(tǒng)中可作傳輸、增壓泵。
■在燃油系統(tǒng)中可作輸送、加壓、噴射的燃油泵。在一切工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中,均可作潤(rùn)滑油泵用。
■Application:
This pump can be used as a transfer and booster pump in oil delivery systems. It can also be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel systems. It can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.
適用范圍
■適用于輸送不含固體顆粒和纖維、無(wú)腐蝕性,溫度不高于80℃.粘度為5~1500cSt的潤(rùn)滑油或性質(zhì)類似潤(rùn)滑油的其它液體,本系列另有精鑄不銹鋼材質(zhì),適用于腐蝕性介質(zhì)。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
■該齒輪采用具有水平的新技術(shù)一雙圓弧正弦曲線齒型。它與漸開(kāi)線齒輪相比,的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是齒輪嚙合過(guò)程中齒廓面沒(méi)有相對(duì)滑動(dòng),所以齒面無(wú)磨損、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平衡、無(wú)困液現(xiàn)象,噪聲低.壽命長(zhǎng)、效率高。該泵擺脫了傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的束縛,使得齒輪泵在設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)和使用上進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的領(lǐng)域。
■泵設(shè)有差壓式安全閥作為超載保護(hù),安全閥全回流壓力為泵額定排出壓力的1.5倍,也可在允許排出壓力范圍內(nèi)根據(jù)實(shí)際需要另行調(diào)整。但是此安全閥不能作減壓閥長(zhǎng)期工作,需要時(shí)可在管路上另行安裝。
■該泵軸端密封設(shè)計(jì)為兩種形式;一種是機(jī)械密封,一種是填料密封,用戶可根據(jù)使用要求選擇。
■Application:
This gear pump is suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with similar properties, with a viscosity of 5~1500cSt, which do not contain solid particles, fibers, or have no corrosiveness. The series also has precision cast stainless steel material, which is suitable for corrosive media. The temperature should not exceed 80℃.
■Structural Characteristics:
This gear adopts a new technology with an international advanced level of a double circular arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared with the involute gear, the most prominent advantage is that there is no relative sliding between the tooth profile surfaces during gear meshing, so the tooth surface has no wear, runs smoothly, and has no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life, and high efficiency. The pump breaks away from the constraints of traditional design, making gear pumps enter a new field in design, production, and use.
■The pump is equipped with a differential pressure safety valve as overload protection. The full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump and can be adjusted separately within the allowed discharge pressure range according to actual needs. However, this safety valve cannot work as a pressure reducing valve for a long time and can be installed separately on the pipeline when needed.
■The shaft end seal of the pump is designed in two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal. Users can choose according to their requirements.
