臥式砂漿攪拌機結(jié)構(gòu)：

由拌筒、加料和卸料機構(gòu)、傳動機構(gòu)、機架和支承裝置組成。

After the gears and ring gears are engaged, it can effectively overcome the slippage between the supporting roller and the mixer roller in rainy and foggy weather; the transmission mechanism can further ensure that the slipping between the supporting roller and the mixer roller is eliminated phenomenon

臥式砂漿攪拌機操作規(guī)程：  

■啟動前**先檢查旋轉(zhuǎn)部分與料筒是否有刮碰現(xiàn)象，如有刮碰，應(yīng)及時調(diào)整。 

■ 減速箱應(yīng)注入機油后方能使用，卸料蝸輪及滑動軸承處也應(yīng)注入機油。 

■清理料筒內(nèi)雜料，將筒體限位裝置鎖緊，然后啟動機器，如在啟動后發(fā)現(xiàn)運轉(zhuǎn)方向不符合要求時，應(yīng)及時切斷電源，將導(dǎo)線的任意兩根相線互換位置，再重新啟動。 

■ 將混凝土拌合物裝入料筒內(nèi)，合上筒蓋，根據(jù)攪拌時間調(diào)整時間繼電器的定時（必須在斷電情況下調(diào)整）。 

■按動啟動按鈕，主軸便帶動攪拌鏟運轉(zhuǎn)，達到設(shè)定時間后自動停車。 

■卸料時先停機，然后將料體位限制受柄松開，再旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪，由蝸輪帶動料筒旋轉(zhuǎn)到便于出料的位置，停止轉(zhuǎn)動，然后啟動機器使主軸運轉(zhuǎn)方可排出物料，直至將料排干凈停止主軸運轉(zhuǎn)，旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪使物料筒復(fù)位。 

■清洗料筒，將水到入料筒內(nèi)使主軸運轉(zhuǎn)將料筒內(nèi)殘余物料清洗干凈或用砂子清洗也可

Operation rules of horizontal mortar mixer

■ Before starting ** Check if there is any scratch between the rotating part and the barrel. If there is any scratch, adjust it in time.

■ The reduction gear box should be filled with engine oil before use, and the discharge worm gear and sliding bearing should also be filled with engine oil.

■ Clean up the miscellaneous materials in the barrel, lock the barrel limit device, and then start the machine. If the running direction is found to be inconsistent with the requirements after the startup, the power should be cut off in time, and any two phase wires of the wire should be interchanged. Restart again.

■ Put the concrete mixture into the barrel, close the cover, and adjust the timing of the time relay according to the mixing time (must be adjusted in the case of power failure).

■ Press the start button, the main shaft will drive the mixing shovel to run, and it will stop automatically when it reaches the set time.

■ When unloading, stop the machine first, then release the material position restriction and handle, and then rotate the hａnd wheel. The worm wheel will drive the barrel to the position convenient for discharging, stop the rotation, and then start the machine to make the spindle run to discharge the material until Stop the spindle to run cleanly, and turn the handwheel to reset the barrel.

■ Clean the barrel. Put the water into the barrel and run the spindle to clean the residual material in the barrel or use sａnd to clean it.
