1.在線(xiàn)CIP清洗、SIP滅菌(121℃/0.1MPa)；2.按照衛(wèi)生級(jí)要求設(shè)計(jì)適宜的徑*比，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)人性化，操作方便；3.采用無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速機(jī)進(jìn)行調(diào)速攪拌，滿(mǎn)足不同操作時(shí)段的攪拌要求，傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，噪音低；4.夾套內(nèi)設(shè)置螺旋式導(dǎo)流環(huán)，強(qiáng)化了傳熱過(guò)程，換熱效率高，加

熱(冷卻)均勻，節(jié)能；5.夾套外的保溫層填充耐*溫、抗老化的珍珠棉保溫，具有良*隔熱保溫效果；6.外飾面筒體外形美觀、整潔；7.內(nèi)罐體表面做鏡面拋光處理(粗糙度Ra≤0.4µm)，各進(jìn)出管口、視鏡、人孔與內(nèi)罐體焊接處均采用拉伸翻邊工藝圓弧過(guò)渡，光滑易清洗*，保證生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的可靠性、穩(wěn)定性，符合“cGMP”等規(guī)范要求。

快開(kāi)式衛(wèi)生人孔、窺視燈鏡、溫度計(jì)(表盤(pán)指針式)、呼吸器、CIP清洗器、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速顯示儀、料液進(jìn)出口、采樣口(采樣閥)、SIP滅菌口、液位傳感器口、冷熱媒進(jìn)出口等接口。

Clip set inside set screw diversion ring, strengthened the heat transfer process, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating and cooling, saving energy. 5. The thermal insulation layer of clip set outside fill of high temperature resistant, anti-aging pearl cotton to be insulated, with good heat insulation and preservation. 6. The appearance of outside facing cylinder body is beautiful and neat.7.Do processing of mirror polishing inside the tank surface(roughness Ra≤0.4µm),each access orifice, as a mirror, manhole and internal tank welding place adopts tensile flanging process arc transition, smooth, easy cleaning with no dead angle, ensure security and stability of the production process, accord with "cGMP" and the other specification requirements.
